1. Add VAT at the applicable rate to the net prices.
2. ZPO: paper confirmation of delivery of a registered item, returned to the sender by the delivery person or courier at the address stated by the sender in the agreement. *Available for registered items at an additional charge.
3. e-ZPO: confirmation of delivery of a registered item emailed to the address stated by the sender in the agreement, indicating whether, when and to whom the item was delivered. *Available for registered items at an additional charge.
